The volcano of El Hierro throws Pyroclasts up to one metre
Volcanic activity on the island El Hierro is ongoing. On Monday, a helicopter and rescue boat were able to spot check the status of the situation on the Sea of Calm.
The volcanic fissure continues ejecting material reaching the surface in the form of pyroclastic more than a meter in diameter. There are a greater number of material floating on the water between the plumes, which emerge on the spot of eruption.
